For this reason, I offer a variety of different services to support you on your healing journey, utilising my range of skills and experience within the health and wellbeing industry.
My offerings range from private 1:2:1 yoga sessions to manage health concerns such as arthritis, stress and anxiety, and management of pain conditions; online and in-person corporate yoga and wellbeing sessions; or private group yoga and wellbeing sessions for parties, festivals and hen-do's...
